The first thing you do to apply is take computer tests based on the skills you have. If you have a foreign language skill, they may have a test for you. After that they called me after about 45 days to work at a store about a half hour from where I live, as opposed to the one I applied for which is only 5 to 10 minutes away. I went in for the initial interview, (it is business casual, nothing too fancy). I was interviewed by their HR person, then asked if I wanted to do the second interview right away. I said yes and had a second interview with one of the lower managers. That went well, then they sent me back to my original HR person. She told me I needed my drug screening and that they would start me at $9.75. I negotiated and ended up getting $10.75. Two weeks later I started my computer training in the store, on the clock. There was quite a bit of training before I hit the floor. The learning is fast paced and it is a little on the sick or swim side. Having said that, I like the culture and my teammates help me out in a friendly manner. Be ready to stand on concrete for long hours, it is hard on your body at first! Good luck!
