You apply online and they send you an offer through email and you can accept or decline the position they offer you, then you have to go into the store to fill out paperwork, there really wasn’t mush of a interview process, it was pretty easy and very quick to get you hired and started on the job, you do a lot of training on a computer before they send you into the floor

Great process very thorough on the expectations and simple customer service based questions. Hired on the spot. Great training and thorough communication with fellow associates and supervisors. Good benefits for part time and full time associates.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
