Interview was informal, mostly concerned with hours. They seemed desperate for labour and were asking about things that didn't relate to time at work. I showed up early, they interviewed promptly.

Great process very thorough on the expectations and simple customer service based questions. Hired on the spot. Great training and thorough communication with fellow associates and supervisors. Good benefits for part time and full time associates.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
