I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Judge Group (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
very casual and met with various people in the local office I was interviewing with. I first met with the recruiting manager, who would become my direct manager. After that I met with several sales employees and the office director. The meeting with the director was brief and more of a "getting to know you" conversation.
