Interview
The interview process was just the basic questions expected in any interview. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming which made the process much smoother. I could tell from the beginning that Judge was a very accepting and nonjudgmental place.
I called, spoke to a representative who insisted on me providing a copy of my resume via email. She put on a huge FACADE! When I responded to their request in regards to my race, they made it known in their actions/tone that I was to be REJECTED.

Very fast and speedy, and the interview was very laid back for the first one. I think the second interview will be a little bit more in depth. The first interview was also very detailed and went into great depth about the job
