Six interviews and an edit text later I found out I wasn’t selected. While heartbreaking I was truly just upset at how long the process took and how much of my time was expected. This only got worse once interviewing at the same company for another job—four interviews in, also not selected. I received another interview invite for a third position which I declined after accepting a job elsewhere. This company took so long (and clearly showed interest in my resume) just to lose a valuable worker to an unnecessarily long interview process.
