I applied online. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Warwick, RI) in Aug 2020
Interview
Easy, Friendly, and very quick. Management was kind. Basic questions asked. Offer was made almost immediately. Not much more to say than that. They made a very good first impression on me.

Question 1
Previous work history, desired pay, preferred age group
The interview process itself was very straightforward. I applied through LinkedIn, received a reply to schedule a phone screening within a few days, then an in-person interview with a center "tour." I got to shadow a classroom for one of the toddler rooms as well, which I thought was very helpful. However, the center's director completely ghosted me even though they confirmed that they'd reach out with a response after a few days. I also reached out after the interview but received no response. It felt a bit unprofessional on their part.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Haledon, NJ) in May 2024
Interview
First, I completed an in-person interview and then I was called to complete a working interview which lasted about 2 hours. The in-person interview was pretty easy-going. The working interview might be a little difficult depending on your personality. You should be able to show yourself in a setting that is new to you.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Toms River, NJ) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview was a casual conversation in the hallway about myself. Then I was led into one of the rooms with the kids where I spoke with the two teachers about the job. After around 30 minutes I was told I could go and that I would receive a call later that day.
