I applied, i got a call back within 3 days, and then i scheduled an interview. I was hired on the spot after my interview, I went in a few days later to get all set up. I did trainings and shadowed in a classroom. I then was set up to open a new classroom.

Easy interview process. Basic Questions asked. Was a quick 5 minute interview. There was only one interview before I was offered the position. I would do the process over again

It was what I would expect in an interview, but with a more interpersonal connection and lots of happy conversation. I owe that to the Director - she seems like a fantastic person to be in charge of a center, and someone I'd enjoy getting to know all-around.
