Interview
Paper application... Filled it out at the center... The director called me within a few days, came in for an interview and a week later she called and offered me a job.
Easy interview process. Basic Questions asked. Was a quick 5 minute interview. There was only one interview before I was offered the position. I would do the process over again
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Vernon, CT) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was what I would expect in an interview, but with a more interpersonal connection and lots of happy conversation. I owe that to the Director - she seems like a fantastic person to be in charge of a center, and someone I'd enjoy getting to know all-around.
