The Nature Conservancy Instructional Designer interview questions

I actually applied months and months ago. Months later I received an email to provide more details. I reviewed and submitted all of the required materials. I never heard back again. I followed-up (politely) just to ask if the position was filled. That's the correct and professional thing to do. I never heard a word back which, in my opinion, is unprofessional. I wasted a lot of time on this "interview project". I thought The Nature Conservancy would at least let me know one way or another.
