Initial round was by Skype followed by a half day on in person interviews. Frustrating that the in person interviews all asked exactly the same questions. While I appreciate the goal of eliminating bias it produced a very superficial conversation and not sufficient opportunities to delve deeply into the job or by qualifications. The supervisor for the position was very brusque and explicitly said she waslooking for someone willing to put in long hours at the office (no telecommuting). By the end of the day I was no longer interested.
