Interview
I applied for the position in August 2017 and was contacted for a phone interview in November. Two weeks after, I was contacted for an in-person interview. The interview went extremely well and the person who would have been my boss let me know that I made it to the second part of the interview. I interviewed with two other directors which was even more positive than the first. I left and sent a follow up email; no reply. Two weeks later I sent another email again thanking them and asking if they made a decision; no reply. 8 months later I sent a handwritten letter; no reply. Very discouraging and I wish there could have at least been some communication that I wasn’t chosen. Working at TNC in this position was my dream job and I wish they were more responsive!
