Initial and second interviews were conducted virtually and began by discussing myself as a candidate, my background, and my interest in the Nature Conservancy. By the second virtual interview the outline/ duties of the position were discussed and was structured like a forum to get to know the position I would potentially fill, and to address any questions I had. By the in person interview It was essentially just checking knowledge of GIS processes and discussing ways in which I problem solved and troubleshot problems in the software in my own projects.
