Pretty standard and a positive process: phone interview, in person interview, references, job offer. Everyone was very kind. My in-person interview was two hours though. I was sure to bring knowledge of what the company is doing throughout the region and country.

I applied on-line, then received an email requesting a time for a phone Interview. Within two weeks I received an email offering dates for an in-person interview, which was several weeks in the future. Then in-person interview with a five-person panel. Very pleasant people.
