The entire process took 3 weeks, from the time of submitting my application to accepting my offer. It went surprisingly fast yet slightly rigid. One week after submitting my application, I received an email from the hiring team to complete a questionnaire (5 questions in essay form) asking about my interest and experience relevant to the job. The following day I was invited to take part in TWO interviews and submit 3 references (who were all called before the interviews). Both interviews took place on the same day and within 4 days I received the news I was offered the job. The interview questions must certainly followed only a structured format and they did not deviate (I suppose to ensure fairness and equality among all interviewees). All questions were different from what I was asked on the questionnaire. I made sure to prepare for the interviews by preparing to answer why I wanted to work at the organization, how I work in a team and how my experience can help the organization using the STAR approach as best as possible.
