Very smooth. The coordinator sent over a short questionnaire to fill out and send back. Once it was sent, I heard back to schedule an interview within a few days. The whole process was very efficient, organized and friendly. Everyone made things feel relaxed and comfortable. I went through two rounds of interviews. The first one was back to back days for about an hour. Then the next one a week or two later for an hour.
