While interviewing for a different position at TNC, a TNC recruiter recruited me for this job. I applied on a Tuesday and was invited to do an initial interview that Thursday. TNC moved very quickly. At every step of the process a clear timeline of the next steps was given. I did a total of 5 hours of interviewing for this position, which for what is basically an entry level position, felt excessive. One day I had three hours straight of interviews and I felt that could have been a panel as opposed to individual interviews.
