The recruiting and interview processes were seamless and positive, with excellent communication from TNC all throughout. I was asked to complete a questionnaire and then invited to an interview. The questions felt reasonable for the position.
Communication was poor, they missed my first zoom interview time and made me reschedule to the next day. The panel interview had so many participants it was cumbersome. They also had extremely poor communication after the final interview including a vague email that seemed to be for people who didn't make the final interview before finally sending a direct rejection. Overall the HR team was poor during the interview process.
We are sorry to hear that you experienced poor communication and had a negative interview experience. We understand that having many participants on an interview panel can be overwhelming. We appreciate your feedback and would like to hear more about your experience to find ways to improve. Please contact us at recruiting@tnc.org.

Interview
The interview process was conducted via two virtual interviews on Zoom with different members of the hiring team and my future supervisor, with additional communication before, after and between interviews via email.
