I first had an interview with the recruitment manager which went well. The second interview was a panel interview with four staff. It was a mess, it is obvious that they did not coordinate among themselves to agree on the questions they would ask, they more or less asked the same questions differently, it was difficult to showcase my experience. I was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
