This has been the longest interview process I´ve gone through. That required many tests and checked with references before ever speaking to someone at the organization. The recruitment agency they have used has not been very helpful, as they did not have a clear sense on how salaries were negotiated in my country and my references mentioned that the person who reached out to them was very curt.
