I had two interview rounds - the overall intro and technical. As many employers consider normal - no one contacted me afterwards even with a general "We found a better fit" email. Extremely disappointed as during our direct contact I really liked them. I have nothing against no answer if you just sending your CV, but when you already through a few interview round - just disrespectful.
