I recently went through the job application process with The Nature Conservancy, which involved a pre-interview questionnaire, a screening call, and two comprehensive job interviews. The process was very clear at first, and I was informed that the final round of interviews had been completed, they would do a final reference check and make an offer. However, after the final interview, the communication abruptly ceased. Despite reaching out to the HR person managing my application, I have not received any response for over two months. The lack of follow-up has left me in a state of uncertainty, making it challenging to fully assess my experience with the company. While the initial stages of the application process were positive, the absence of communication post-final interview has been disappointing. I hope this feedback aids in improving the overall candidate experience at TNC.
