The application process is atrocious. I applied to 3 positions, all of which I was quite qualified for. TNC did not respond to any applications for months, if at all. I reached out to their recruiter who only gave my message a thumbs up. No updates to the application status on the website. Please be more respectful of candidates' time, especially when they put the in the effort to complete the job applications. I will not accept a position at TNC solely based off the lousy application process.
