Received an email with interview time slot options, Was easy to find one that worked for my current schedule. Once arrived at facility interview started promptly and they asked thoughtful questions. Took about 30 min of interview time and then did a facility tour. Only thing I didn't love is the interviewer was taking notes on their laptop so they were typing as soon as I started talking which was very distracting and made it hard to connect.
