Really great! They asked really good questions, and they were really informative. They offer a lot of really good benefits as well! It was a great interview process for me.

There really was no process. There was a quick phone call, and then an invitation to an on-site "interview"-- I put it in quotes because there was literally no questions asked? It was quite bizarre. Honestly, the other candidates took more interest in my qualifications than the member of HR I met with. They also did not make it clear it was a group interview as well. It was essentially a tour and then they had you sit in a room with the other applicants and fill out a paper version of your application? It seemed like they had no respect for your time. Why have someone resubmit all the same information they had given you electronically? Why have someone drive in for an on site interview but then ask them absolutley no questions? The "interview" was 3 hours long!! And no questions!! The whole experience was so odd, and was nothing like any of my other interview experiences. I can't help but think they had already picked who would fill the role and were just trying to meet sone sort of interview quota-- whuch is pretty disrespectful of the applicants time.
