I received a call back from the department I applied for about 2 weeks after I initially sent in my application. I had a phone interview first, the following week had an in person interview, and the week after that I had interviews with the team manger, lead researcher, and the over sight doctor. Received a job offer two hours after my final interview. They called my references after the last interview. Overall about a 3 week process. My start date will be 3 weeks after my initial hire date. Pretty easy process.
