Interview
Rather difficult to get a call back when you enter your application through the traditional portal; it helps if you know someone who works there. I had one phone call with the manager and then was called in for an interview. After the interview, I sat down with members of the staff and they asked me routine questions and allowed me to ask them more questions about the overall environment.

Interview
I received a call back from the department I applied for about 2 weeks after I initially sent in my application. I had a phone interview first, the following week had an in person interview, and the week after that I had interviews with the team manger, lead researcher, and the over sight doctor. Received a job offer two hours after my final interview.
They called my references after the last interview. Overall about a 3 week process. My start date will be 3 weeks after my initial hire date. Pretty easy process.
