I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Outreach Team (Long Beach, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
First sent in a standard application online, immediately received an invitation to interview (and about 50 reminders to my email and phone (text AND calling)), showed up to the office for a group interview (required to scan driver license barcode and take a photo in order to sign in and complete interview...), received short briefing about the company in a group setting, parted into individual interviews. It was only after I had invested all of this time and effort into learning about the position that the HR representative revealed the strict, inflexible schedule requirements that they should have clarified far earlier on in the application process. I felt the HR staff became rude when I clarified that the time commitment did not sound do-able for me.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Are you available 1:30 - 9:30 PM? (that is LITERALLY the only requirement for this job, they provide extensive 'training', meaning role playing with a script)
I applied and interviewed within a week, was on zoom and then into breakout room after giving group information. It was a really simple process and interview. offered position day after interview.
Interview is group format and then continues into a breakout. Be prepared to speak about your experience in roles such as this. The team is very friendly and process is quite organized.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Outreach Team in Jul 2024
Interview
I was invited to interview the same day that I submitted my application. The following day (Friday), I entered a zoom call with about 35 other applicants. They put us into breakout rooms for individual interviews, saying we'd have to wait up to 30 minutes to talk to someone. My interview went great, and the recruiter told me (in the interview) that she would be recommending me to the position, and that I would receive my offer letter in the next few days. That following Monday, I received a rejection letter. When I reached back out to the hiring team, I received no response (this was in late July). Very unprofessional all around!
