Initially contacted maybe a few days after I applied, so I thought this process would go quickly. I do my first interview over video, and it goes super well and he tells me they would need me ASAP, like within a week. A couple days later I have another video interview, this man tells me the same thing. So I start looking for apartments, thinking I am going to be needing to move within a week. They tell me they will let me know for sure by a certain date. That date comes and goes. I assume I didn’t get the job, stop looking for apartments. Then a week later, I get contacted for yet another video interview. I get told the same thing, that they need me ASAP. So I’m confused why the process is taking so long. Now 3 weeks after I was initially contacted, I get a phone call for ANOTHER interview. And this time, I get told that they have known the whole time that the position I applied for would probably NOT be available for me. And he says the only jobs they have left are clerical. Even after that, I express interest and am told I will be contacted for sure within 48 hours. I am writing this a week after that, and I have not had a phone call or email from them. And all of this is for a TEMPORARY position that only lasts a few weeks! The process took so long that they filled my position and the term nearly came to an end. And then they try to shuffle me to a different position not at all what I applied for, and never even get back to me.
