Applied on LinkedIn. Heard back from a recruiter within a few days and had a short conversation which led to an interview with the project lead. My interview with my project lead was an hour long and very comfortable and comprehensive. We spoke about my experience working organizing campaigns but overall the interview was more focused on the campaign culture, which I personally really enjoyed. Overall very smooth and easy interview process.
