I applied and heard back within a week. We did a group interview and I was offered the job on spot. The questions were fairly easy and we answered them in the group.

It was a group zoom meeting that explained the position, etc. Then there was a break out group with you and one other person, that is the interview. They asked questions related to the campaign (like two personal questions about the environment). The chat/interview was no more than 10 minutes and she offered the position at the end of it.
