I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Perfect Workout (San Mateo, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
I really liked the interview process. It started with a hiring seminar where you get to learn more about the company and what the job entails. This there were short interviews done. If you were selected to move forward, you got put through a workout and interviewed a bit more thoroughly. Then there was a final interview before a decision was officially made.

Easy and friendly. The interviewer was welcoming, which made the conversation we had easy going. It was like talking to a friend and I did not feel nervous at all.

Interview
First, I was called in for a "hiring seminar" with several other applicants. The company was explained and we watched a couple videos from the CEO. We then did individual interview for about 5-10 minutes.
I was called back for another interview with a workout to experience the method. This interview was longer.
I then was called back and had yet another interview. With the same questions. Too lengthy of a process in my opinion.
