Interview
I applied online and they emailed a couple weeks later. I did a phone interview where they just asked me basic questions about myself, my career goals, and told me about the process of getting hired, what the job was like, etc. After the phone interview they asked me to do an in-person (Skype) interview where I had to give a 5-minute presentation on a non-academic subject. I heard from them a couple weeks after that and got the job. Then I had to take an online exam and go to training before I started tutoring a class.

interview process was a little annoying just bc of the amount of steps--in order to complete the application you have to take a 60 min SAT mock test, then there's a half hour call, then you have to prepare a short lesson to show ur teaching skills
