I applied online. I interviewed at The RealReal (California City, CA)
Interview
It was easy, it was 3 rounds if I remember. Phone screening, manager interview, then a head of the sales department or marketing I think. Definitely more of a conversation than grilling
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The RealReal (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
So first round interviews were a breeze and so was the second round (Although my interviewer was over 15 min late for both). After the second interview I was told they'd get back to me within the week. Half way through the week I reached out and thanked them for the interview and that I look forward to speaking with them further about the position at that time the job was extended to me. I quickly replied that I was excited to start my new position (although I had heard horrible things about this position from two former employees). But only a few hours later I was reached out to by the same employee and told they had actually extended the offer to someone else and that they weren't suppose to tell me I got the job. Needless to say I feel like I dodged a bullet and would never interview for this company in any capacity again...
