Short notice interview, prepared well but shame the interview panel didn't. Found them to be unprepared (late by over 20 mins - even though by Zoom) not a good experience. Questions were fired off with no opportunity to talk through experience, at one point one of the panel had to leave the meeting and joined again in their car - not very professional. Communication after the interview was very poor.
