Asked if hiring, was given an unexpected on-the-stop interview. Was not prepared to interview whatsoever. They commented on my tattoos and nose piercing and would not allow them to show despite how professional I looked otherwise.

There's pretty much no interview process. They will call you in to fill out paperwork and then your almost immediately hired in. Anyone can work here. Make sure to ask questions about the job and why is it such a high turn over rate.
