I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Ann, MO) in Dec 2013
Interview
Submit paper application, get a call, they hired me on the spot. They scheduled orientation I had to drive 35 minutes to pee in a cup and get my name tag and literature. Orientation didn't teach much if anything. Started work the following day after orientation.
