The hiring process was slow and laborious. They may have you take a psychological profile test, to see if your emotional intelligence is equal to the job. They want to make sure you won't embarrass yourself or the Army. They are looking for emotionally mature people in this position.

If you were told by a donor that they did not want to work with you, what would you say to them? What would you do? How would you conduct yourself in the donor's presence?
