The interview never even happened. First we rescheduled the day of (Friday), and asked if I had availability on the following Monday. I said I do and she never got back to me. I followed up the next week, and she said she still wanted to talk but was on vacation and asked if the next Wednesday would work and gave me a time. I agreed. On Wednesday I waited 10 minutes after we were supposed to meet and emailed her asking if we were still meeting. I have yet to hear back from her.

Interview
I applied online and received a message within a few days requesting to set up a phone. The phone interview took all of 10 or 15 minutes. They just asked me about my background, why I was in ABA and what my experience was working with children with disabilities. Very short and sweet. You are then emailed a 30 question assessment (not difficult) which can be completed in about 15-20 minutes. I was offered the job 2 days later.
