Interview
The hiring process was a joke. The manager hired me with no knowledge of anything and the belittled me every day. From my experience that store could flourish into a great place if they had kind, considerate people working there.

Interview
good interview, however, the manager told me they do NOT hire a cleaning staff and sales persons were expected to clean everything.......including bathroom
If you hire me on 100% commission, I AM NOT CLEANING THE BATHROOM.........

Interview
After submitting my resume online I was contacted by the manager (through email) shortly after. I was asked to meet with him the next day for an interview. The interview was fairly simple, just a series of questions like "would you prefer to be paid $15/ hr or on commission?" (meaning that, since this is a strictly commission job you better like the opportunities commissions give) or "can you work long hours, evenings and weekends" and "how would you measure your success?". It was straight forward, the guy was nice, but I got the impression they're always hiring for management positions.
