I applied through the website and had two interviews. First one by phone with HR manager, with general questions about my background and my professional goals. Second interview at the office, with two rounds of two people group questions. I felt they were not so interested or prepared for the interview.

It's essentially a two-step behavioral interview where HR first calls you over the phone, and if you pass all the general requirements they then call you in for a two-step in-person interview. At this interview, you meet with two groups of people and they ask you a little more about your experience and general interview questions.
