I applied online in the evening, and received a call the next morning. I was asked 3 basic questions as a phone interview. Then discussed when would be good for a 1:1 interview. I went in the next day. This was my first interview, so I wasn't sure what to totally expect but after some research I felt comfortable. Interview itself wasn't too hard. Basic things

Describe a time when you had to use a creative approach to something?
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
