The process took a lot longer than I thought it would. I Met with the assistant manager and she really liked me then I met with the manager and he told me that the assistant was leaving to be a manager at another store and she wanted to take me to be her assistant so they passed me along to the training manager to see what she thought and after that I didn't hear back for several weeks because she told the other manager I probably wasn't gonna be with the company in the long run because I mentioned going back to school. Finally after several weeks the manager went the the DM and I interviewd with him and got a job offer. Over all very tedious.
