Interview
After doing the online application and test, I was invited to a sit-down interview with the store manager and an assistant manager one-on-one. Asked pretty basic interview questions such as "why would you be a good candidate for this job?" and "what experience do you have in the nutrition and supplement industry?". Then there was a little more difficult phone interview with the district manager (she wasn't as friendly) and finally a urine test.

Most of the questions were pretty straight-forward, I can't remember any really challenging ones. Just be on your toes and be prepared.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
