quick. only took about 20 minutes or so, nothing too nerve wracking. state of the store wasn’t great but team members were quick to help keep us on track to ensure great results.
The interview process was efficient and straight forward. I received a response quickly and I was able to interview with higher ups and my direct department. Working within a team and being a self-starter seemed important to the interviewers.

Interview process was pretty laid back and not stressful at all. Had 2 interviews and trained in a different store for a month before entering my home store. The district manager makes you feel welcome and happy to see you.
