Decent, not very organized, over the phone. Took about 20-30 minutes, overall a very easy and nice experience. No real practice needed just need to be ready to think on the fly

Interview
Interview process was uncomfortable at best. The area where interview took place seemed organized. Interviewer asked a few basic questions, I come from a health and wellness background so I am familiar with a lot of the supplementation and health products. The interviewer was not flexible with schedule at all so their is no work/ life balance for something that is offering 15-20 hours a week, the interviewer was aware of my availability prior to the interview but wanted to interview me anyway(waste of time). During the whole interview process I felt as if I was talked down too, not the best experience.

Interview
Pretty laid back interview but it was clear they had someone very specific in mind. A lot of education and being personable wasn’t it. Very nice people though, just that if you don’t fit the normal type then they think you won’t fit in.
