I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Vitamin Shoppe (Leominster, MA)
Interview
I think what you have to remember about Vitamin Shoppe is that it is a retail store that specifically sells health products, but not holistically. That being said, the interview process is a little bit weird, I went in and applied for a Key Holder position. As in many retail positions your hours are sporadic and interview questions are basically all the same: are you OK with working holidays, extended hours, emergency shifts, ETC? The store manager is friendly and knowledgeable but wants someone who's passionate about the business. If you aren't passionate about health, this isn't the place for you! Also, the start pay for a key holder was a little below what I expected. Pass!
received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
