Interviewed by CEO, Business Manager and Sports Director. I could tell the questions were from some HR manual. What did you like the most about job XX? What did you like least about job XX? How do you handle conflict? I could tell they were just going through the motions and already had a candidate selected...they hired two internal candidates to split the job.
