Interview
They stick to the usual interview questions. If they do not remember anything from your resume by mentioning something you did and give you the job on the spot, you are just a quota that they had to meet. Also, if they say they have more interviews then they mostlikely won't be calling you back.
It was a 2-Step process, on the phone, then in person with 3 Directors. Flexible times and easy going atmosphere. I was able to interview right away and within a week the position was offered to me.
