Very relaxed, group interview, some standard questions: why do you want this job, tell me a time when, etc. Swim test was also relaxed, only hard part was swimming with a weight above your head.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Simcoe, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very lid back atmosphere, a lot of questions regarding safety and policies, as well as a lot of realistic scenarios prompting what your action would be, I found all the questions to be in line with the actual job. Overall more of a conversation. Definitely nothing to stress over.
