Interview
I think they expect allot of very young employees from their swim program to apply so they go very easy on you. Youngest I've seen working there was about 14 I think, so yeah, they don't expect much from someone still so naive. Basic questionnaire and friendly personality assessment. Wasn't difficult to obtain the job, but the starting pay is minimum.
Easy, asks relevant questions. Casual, you should know the job and be ready to show up early and take it seriously. You’ll be the best at the job if you just do that.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
